The mix of condos, apartments, and mixed-use developments make for a great area for people looking to be in the heart of the city.

Top Things To Do & See in North Austin

East Austin

East Austin has a mix of eclectic bungalows, modern new construction, and beautifully crafted master-planned communities inspired by a new-urbanism feel with one of the most remarkable of these communities being Mueller. In the last few years, East Austin has become popular among young professionals because of the vast new development going on, its close proximity to downtown, and the walkability offered. Oracle’s campus and the new Tesla Gigafactory reside in the South East quadrant of the city making it an even more popular area for newcomers to reside in.

North Austin

North Austin‘s landscape is vastly different depending on which area you go to. The further West you go, the more likely you’ll see the scenic Hill county. This area is home to many tech giants including Dell, Apple, Samsung, and many more making it a great place for people wanting to live close to work. North Austin is expanding rapidly but still offers an affordable option over living in downtown Austin.
