The Capital Factory also known as the “center of gravity for entrepreneurs in Texas” is use to hosting history making events but last night was epic. The energy was electric as more than 150 Blacks in Tech filled the room to celebrate the accomplishments of Up & Coming, Influential and senior executive level Blacks in Tech who were also featured in the September issue of Austin Black Business Journal.
The Top Ten Blacks in Tech were celebrated at a history making awards ceremony surrounded by encouraging peers, family and friends.

Me & The Bees Lemonade Co-founder, Theo Ulmer announced the largest retailer in Texas, H-E-B, will begin carrying the Me & The Bees Lemonade later this month.
Me & the Bees Lemonade started by young Mikaila Ulmer is made with flaxseed and honey, a yummy recipe passed down from her great granny Helen’s 1940’s era cookbook. “I love honey, and as a social entrepreneur, I love educating families about the importance of bees in our ecosystem.”
